NSW: Final marks final test event for Games

The NRL grand final marked the last test event for Sydney Olympic organisers.

SOCOG says more than 67,000 people travelled to Homebush Bay by public transport for
the game, three quarters of them by train.

Almost four million people have travelled to the Olympic site by public transport over
17 test events.
